This page explains the features of the login screen for the MonitorDog Agent Windows application.

This is the login screen for the MonitorDog Agent. Log in with your MonitorDog account to activate monitoring.

Q. What happens if I don't log in?

A. If the device has MonitorDog installed but is not logged in, its functions will be restricted.
If you need to use the device without logging in, you can use the Temporary Access feature to enable limited usage for 1 minute.
For security reasons, we recommend logging in before using the device.

Q. How do I create a MonitorDog account?

A. Your administrator will send you a sign-up email.
Follow the registration link included in the email to create your account.
Once registered, you can access both the MonitorDog Agent and Admin Console.

MFA Authentication

If MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is enabled for your account, you will be required to complete additional verification.

When logging in with your MonitorDog account, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email.
After entering the code and completing verification, the MonitorDog Agent will be activated.

Q. I want to disable MFA authentication!

A. If you prefer to use only single-step authentication, please contact your administrator to request the deactivation of MFA for your account.
