Tray Menu
This page explains the functions available in the Tray Menu of the MonitorDog Agent.
The tray menu provides quick access to MonitorDog’s core features.
You can use shortcut actions and check the current monitoring status directly from the system tray.
Menu Items

Monitoring Status: Indicates the current monitoring state of the MonitorDog Agent.

Active: Monitoring is enabled. Suspicious activities and events will be detected and reported to the administrator.

Inactive: Monitoring is disabled. No suspicious activities or events will be detected.

My Page: View your personal account information in the MonitorDog Agent (opens in the main application window).

Send Report: Send a report with internal logs to the Monitordog team if any issue occurs during use.

Meeting Mode: Enables Meeting Mode. While in this mode, camera-based event detection is paused.

Logout: Logs you out of the MonitorDog Agent. Monitoring is paused and a logout log is sent to the administrator.

Restart: Restarts the MonitorDog Agent. A restart log is sent to the administrator.
Q. Where can I access this menu?
A. When MonitorDog is running, you’ll see its icon in the bottom-right system tray of the Windows taskbar.
Click the icon to open the tray menu.
Q. I don’t see the icon!
A. The tray icon only appears when the MonitorDog Agent is actively running.
Please launch the agent to access the tray menu.
